The customer-facing web application where boaters manage their bookings, sign contracts, pay invoices, upload documents, and share berth absences with your marina.

1. What is Boater Portal?

The Boater Portal is the online account your customers use to manage their relationship with your marina. From here, they view booking details, sign contracts, pay outstanding charges, upload boat documents, and notify you when their berth will be free for subrental. Knowing what the portal contains helps you answer boater questions quickly and catch problems before they become issues at the dock.

2. How to Access It

  1. Send the boater an activation email invite from the Boater Access tab in the Customers module. The email contains a direct link to the Boater Portal.
  2. The boater opens the link, creates their password on first login, or logs in with their existing email address and password.
  3. After login they land on the Home screen, which shows their contracts, long-stay bookings, and transit bookings.
  4. They navigate using the top bar: HomeMy BoatsDocumentsBillingSettings, and Utilities (Utilities is only visible when the marina has utility management enabled).
