The module marina staff use to track and manage physical supplies, from fuel and safety equipment to spare parts and cleaning materials.
Inventory lets your team record and monitor the physical stock your marina holds. You can track how much of each item is on hand, set a low-stock threshold to know when to reorder, and log every stock movement for a full audit trail. Office staff and facility teams use it daily to keep supplies available and avoid running short on critical items.

Each row includes the action type, the staff member who made the change, the quantity added or removed, a reference link if the change came from a procurement assignment, and the running balance after the change. |
| Status / Badge | Meaning | What you should do next |
|---|---|---|
| Low Stock / Low | The item's current stock is at or below the low-stock threshold. The badge reads "Low Stock" on the Item Details page and "LOW" (short form) on the Inventory List table. | Review how much is needed and either update the stock manually after a delivery or create a procurement assignment. |
| Adequate | The item's stock is above the low-stock threshold but at or below 1.25× that threshold, a narrow band just above the reorder point. The underlying word is "Adequate" on both screens, but the Inventory List shows it in uppercase ("ADEQUATE") while the Item Details page shows it as written ("Adequate"), the same styling difference as the Low/Good badges. | Monitor the item and plan a reorder soon. |
| Good Stock / Good | The item is well stocked above the threshold. The badge reads "Good Stock" on the Item Details page and "GOOD" (short form) on the Inventory List table. | No immediate action needed. |
| Active (item status) | The item is live in the inventory list and can be updated or assigned. | Standard operations apply. |
| Archived (item status) | The item has been hidden from the active inventory list. All historical data is preserved. | Contact Metarina support if you need to restore an archived item. It cannot be restored from within the product. |
| Pending (assignment status) | A procurement assignment for this item has been created but work has not started yet. | Assign a team member and confirm the expected delivery date. |
| In Progress (assignment status) | A procurement assignment is actively being worked on. | Follow up with the assigned team member on delivery status. |
| Completed (assignment status) | The procurement assignment has been fulfilled. | Verify that the stock level reflects the goods received. |
| Stock Refilled (audit event) | Stock was added to this item, either manually via the edit form or through a completed procurement. | No action needed unless the quantity looks incorrect. |
| Stock Used (audit event) | Stock was consumed and the level was reduced. | Verify the quantity if the change looks unexpected. |
| Procurement (audit event) | Stock was added as a direct result of a completed procurement assignment. | Check the linked assignment reference for procurement details. |
